Visitor Information

Visiting patients

Visitors are most welcome. Please read the information in our Visitors’ Guide before visiting and see how to find us

Patients first

We aim always to give priority to a patient's wishes, privacy and dignity. For these reasons we may ask you to leave the room during personal care, not to use mobile phones or cameras while visiting and to respect the privacy of all other patients and their visitors. To protect our patients’ confidentially, the use of virtual assistant technology is not allowed while in the Hospital.

Refreshments

You are welcome to eat in the staff dining room where a wide variety of hot and cold snacks and meals, including daily specials, are available to buy. Please order daily specials or baked potatoes in advance by speaking to the catering team before 11am. Tea and coffee is also available.

Smoking

Holy Cross Hospital and its grounds are no smoking areas.
