Ward Manager - rotational
- SALARY: £53,491 - £56,957 p.a.
- Full time: 37.5 hours worked on 5 days over the 7-day week
As the Ward Manager you will be an Registered Nurse with current NMC pin, preferably with previous experience working in a neuro-disability setting, and be tracheostomy and ventilator trained, however training would be provided. You will be accountable for the delivery of our patient care in a way that is Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive, Effective and Well Led.
You will lead, inspire and motivate your team, providing supervision of others carrying out all aspects of the caring process, act as a positive role model and ensure the safe management of the ward by maintaining a visible and professional presence in a clinical setting and working closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team. You will have day-to-day oversight of staffing, resources, roster management and workforce planning, as well as patient care.
