Mayor makes Christmas visit to Holy Cross Hospital

The Mayor of Haslemere, Councillor Jerome Davidson visited Holy Cross Hospital on Friday 22 December for a carol service and performance of the nativity play starring patients, staff and volunteers.

The Mayor also received a tour of the hospital from Chief Executive Frances Campion-Smith and Trustee, Sister Kathleen. The tour provided the Mayor with an insight into the work of the charity and how it is renowned for specialising in neurorehabilitation and providing care for people with complex neurological disabilities resulting from injuries or medical episodes.

As a lasting reminder of his visit, the Mayor was presented with a calendar illustrated with patients’ artwork.
