Directions
By Car:
If travelling from London or Portsmouth on the A3, turn off at the Hazel Grove Junction near the south end of the Hindhead Tunnel and take the A333 (the old A3) to the Hindhead crossroads. Turn right onto the A287 at the crossroads, following signposts for Haslemere. Descend a steep and winding hill. The hospital drive entrance is on the left, 100 metres after Church Road , a right hand turn signposted to Midhurst (this is Church Road, Shottermill, it should not to be confused with Church Road in Haslemere town centre).
The Hospital drive is the same turning from Hindhead Road as Vicarage Lane and Priors Wood, however upon turning off Hindhead Road, keep driving up the hill to arrive at the Hospital, ignoring the immediate right hand turn that leads onto Priors Wood and Vicarage Lane.
By Train:
Haslemere station is 20 minutes walk and has regular services to Guildford, London and Portsmouth.
By Bus:
The following Stagecoach bus routes pass close to the Hospital, all of them also pass the train station:
- No 18 - Aldershot to Haslemere
- No 19 - Aldershot to Haslemere
- No 59 - Haslemere, Linchmere and Grayswood
- No 70 - Guildford to Midhurst
- No 238 - Haslemere to Alton College (college days only)
